Founded in 1922 based in Tsubame in Niigata prefecture, Aizawa is known as the leading Japanese manufacturer it’s quality stainless steel kitchenware. The iconic Aizawa collection was also selected as a permanent design collection under the Museum of Modern Art New York (MoMA). All of the kitchen tools are made by skilled Japanese Artisans.
