Traditionally, TENUGUI is made from hand-dyed cotton and has many usages such as a handkerchief, bandana, dish cloth and wrapping cloth. IPPINPROJECT selected Tenugui which is made by handdye method called Chu-sen, a special technique where the dye is absorbed into the fabric so you can see the patterns on both sides.
